Xenadrine 40+
contains a combination of active ingredients including UT
100 (Uncaria tomentosa), a mushroom complex, niacinamide,
zinc and Norambrolide™ (Clary Sage Extract standardized for
sclareolide). The Uncaria tomentosa is particularly
significant since it was shown to help support DNA repair in
a human volunteer trial. With the exception of Norambrolide™,
all of these ingredients in the potencies found in Xenadrine
40+ were tested in a clinical study with 14 adults over the
age of 40. The results were:
• 78.6% of the subjects lost weight
without changing their diet or exercise
patterns
• 35.7% of the subjects experienced
less aches and pains
• 21.4% of the subjects experienced
less fatigue
• 85.7% of the subjects had
improvements in DNA repair
Although we could have stopped here,
we decided to improve this already great formula with the
addition of Norambrolide™. This fermented sage compound has
been shown in unpublished in-vitro research to increase
levels of a cellular messenger called cAMP (cyclic adenosine
monophosphate). The significance of this is that in some
metabolic processes, cAMP is involved in activating cellular
enzymes and other substances that help move fat out of the
fat cells and promote the weight loss process; although no
research has yet been done to demonstrate that Norambrolide™
will have this effect in humans. Xenadrine 40+ is naturally
safe and is totally stimulant free. It contains no caffeine,
ephedra, etc.
